Pilot Season is the time during which the majority of Network Pilots are cast in the beginning few months of each year. This workshop was designed to help actors maximize their potential with regard to training, marketing materials, and education on how to succeed during arguably the busiest time of the year.

Three Industry pros will be part of Catapult’s two-day workshop, which will include scene preparation and on-camera work with one of Catapult’s coaches. Participants will execute scenes with feedback and participate in a Q&A with these top industry pros on the second day.

Actors will need to prepare a 1-2 page script (two characters max) that best showcases your acting ability. We will include a link to our scene database in the confirmation email. NOTE: Should actors choose a scene that is more than two pages, please make the necessary edits to cut it down to the appropriate length for the purpose of the workshop. We advise selecting scenes with minimal-to-no graphic content or language. The goal should be to find a dynamic, well-written scene that not only highlights your type and talent but also excites you to make bold, fun choices!
