Catapult Acting, LLC has a 24 hour grace period in which clients can cancel their registration and receive a full refund. After 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to all registrations, unless the event is about to start. If the client chooses to cancel 15-21 days before the start of event, a 50% refund will be issued. If the registration is cancelled within 14 days of the event, 100% of the payment will be forfeited. This policy holds for all registrations paid in full and active payment plans. PLEASE NOTE: There are no refunds or credits for students missing, dropping or cancelling classes/workshops for any reason including any schedule changes for any reason, or personal preference changes that come up after registration, above policy applies.
Nearly all Catapult instructors and coaches are working actors. Class and/or workshop instructors and/or industry pros could change at any time, and/or substitutes could fill in as needed, without change to the Catapult curriculum or integrity of the class or event. No credits or refunds will be given for this reason as Catapult only allows changes with qualified and internally trained coaches and/or comparable industry pros. In the event that quarantine, weather or other like situation present itself, workshops + classes will continue virtually via Zoom. The cancellation policy above will still apply.
Catapult Acting, LLC requires a minimum 24-hour notice before appointment start time for any cancellation or rescheduling of ALL appointment based services. If you call or email within the 24-hr window, we cannot provide a refund, credit or change. This applies for any reason, regardless of why you can no longer make it including traffic, weather, audition details changed, personal issues, or any other reason. If your appointment is eligible for cancellation or reschedule, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DO THIS YOURSELF ONLINE from the confirmation email you received when you book and pay for your appointment. In that email, FIND THE BLUE HIGHLIGHTED LINK that says: “view appointment details” to cancel or reschedule on your own.
If the session you are booking now is for the same day OR within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will already be within the cancellation window & payment will be forfeited if something happens and you cannot make it, or you show up late, between now and the appointment time. No shows also are not eligible for refunds or credits. Make sure you are booking the exact day and time you want, we cannot make exceptions to our policy if you accidentally pick the wrong day/time and do not notify us before the 24 hour countdown.
PLEASE NOTE: Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times. If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the original end time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early and wait in the main lobby waiting room/couches. No credits or refunds for unused time.

You will need to contact the office to receive a refund (if within refund window), email all details in writing to [email protected] and refund will be processed net of Stripe fees, or, can receive credit in full amount for future visit.
