From juggling the many twists and turns that come with being the mom of a working actor on a hit Disney show, to 25 years of corporate leadership, Nicole brings with her a versatile wealth of knowledge and experience. Having been a part of the Catapult Acting family as the mom of one of the studio’s most successful clients, Nicole also has a solid feel for the inner workings of the company from a client perspective. As the mother of an accomplished actor, she intimately understands the TV/Film world, guiding Catapult with these unique insights.

Nicole has an MBA from GSU, a BS in Psychology from the University of Florida, and a background as a corporate executive and entertainment publicist. Blending business strategy with industry insight—and an uncanny ability to find order in the chaos—Nicole is the systematic Yin to Erik Lingvall’s wild and creative Yang. She works closely with Erik to turn vision into action and drive Catapult’s strategy, structure, and growth.
