An immersive course that challenges ambitious performers through rigorous on-camera acting training. Students dive deep into Catapult’s six core principles: play, mindset, connection, listening, empathy, and drive, while mastering sophisticated character work, scene study, and exercises designed to foster both artistic excellence and personal growth – all preparing them to meet the demands of professional TV + Film acting. Students will develop a clear understanding of industry standards of excellence and expectations while honing their craft.

An advanced performance course that pushes actors to new heights of artistic excellence. Actors experiment with sophisticated techniques and take creative risks, exploring methods like Meisner while strengthening their emotional range through extensive scene work and character development. Actors learn to create their own content, growing and building confidence both in front of and behind the camera. Students complete the program with enhanced performance skills in both an audition setting and on-set environment.

Catapult’s signature advanced course, created by founder Erik Lingvall, sets a new standard in performance training. This transformative program guides actors through intense emotional work and advanced on-camera techniques, pushing beyond conventional boundaries. Students master the delicate balance of authentic vulnerability and technical precision, developing the deep emotional connection that defines compelling screen performances. The course challenges actors to expand both their artistic range and self-awareness, cultivating the genuine emotional authenticity that today’s industry demands.

Ages 16*-25 (Young Adults) | Wednesdays 5:00-8:00pm | 16 weeks. *Rising high school seniors suggested!
