CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY for classes, Camps + workshops

Catapult Acting, LLC has a 24 hour grace period in which clients can cancel their registration and receive a full refund. After 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to all registrations. If the client chooses to cancel 15-21 days before the event, a 50% refund will be issued. If the registration is cancelled within 14 days of the event, 100% of the payment will be forfeited. This policy holds for all registrations paid in full and active payment plans. PLEASE NOTE: There are no refunds or credits for students missing, dropping or cancelling classes/workshops including any personal schedule changes that come up after registration, above policy applies.

Nearly all Catapult instructors and coaches are working actors. Class and workshop instructors could change at any time, and/or substitutes could fill in for lead coach as needed, without change to the Catapult curriculum or progression of the class. No credits or refunds will be given for this reason as Catapult only allows changes with qualified and internally trained coaches. In the event that quarantine or other like situation should take place, workshops + classes will continue virtually via Zoom. The cancellation policy above will still apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY for all APPOINTMENT-BASED SERVICES (auditions, consults, etc)

Catapult Acting, LLC has a 24-hour cancellation policy for appointment-based services. If the appointment is cancelled within that 24-hour window, 100% of the payment will be forfeited. PLEASE NOTE: If the session is being booked for the same day, the client will already be within the cancellation window & payment will be forfeited if the appointment is cancelled. In our industry, if your not early you are late. Client should arrive 15 minutes before all scheduled appointments to relax in our waiting room for final preparations. If client arrives after appointment start time, no concessions can be made, especially if there is a booking immediately after your appointment time.

It is client’s responsibility to arrive early, off-book and fully prepared for your session.

It is client’s responsibility to book enough time considering the length of the material. If you have questions about how long your appointment should be based on amount of material, please call the studio.
