Adaisha is from North Carolina and was raised with a strong musical background. At just 4 years old, her affinity for acting, music and dance was apparent. Her journey as a young artist focused on musical theater starting at the age of 7, and in high school she signed with her first agent.

Adaisha has a long training history with extensive experience training in Meisner and Chubbuck techniques, as well as has significant stunt training. She is repped by Houghton Talent and her TV + Film credits include BET’s A Message from Brianna and What Lies Under the Tree. She is also a screenwriter and budding director. 

Teaching youth performing arts became a passion of hers in 2015, coaching actors aged 5 to high school in North Carolina, and later when she moved to Atlanta. Adaisha enjoys establishing a connection with her young actors, and is excited to be joining the Catapult coaching team.
