Barbara has worked extensively in the Southeast film & TV market, currently being seen in season 2 of Hightown on STARZ as a recurring guest star. Barbara is proud to have been invited to study with some of the greats, including Masterclasses with Kathleen Turner and Linda Lavin. She toured for seven months with the show Nice Work if You Can Get It, garnering raves all over the United States. Barbara also won Best Actress at the New York City Horror Film Fest for her work in Pieces of Talent. Other film work includes The Notebook, Divine Secrets of the Ya Ya Sisterhood, and many others. For eight years, Barbara co-owned a theater, where she produced, directed, and acted in 6-7 shows a season. She’s had the joy of teaching for many years and has taught all levels and all ages.
