Pilot Season is the time during which the majority of Network Pilots are cast in the beginning few months of each year. This workshop was designed to help actors maximize their potential with regards to training, marketing materials, educating themselves with the upcoming pilot season, and how to succeed during arguably the busiest time of the year.
Catapult Acting Studios is excited to welcome two industry professionals from Los Angeles and Atlanta. Two Industry Pros will be part of a two-day VIRTUAL workshop, which will include scene preparation and on-camera work with two of Atlanta’s most sought-after coaches, Dexter Masland and Jared Wofford. Participants will execute scenes with feedback and participate in a discussion with these top industry pros.

DEXTER MASLAND
INSTRUCTORA California native, Dexter received a BA in Dramatic Arts from the University of Southern California. He furthered his training at the renowned acting conservatory BADA in London, as well as studied under Hollywood’s top acting coaches. His credits include the hit Disney Channel show Dog With A Blog and the CW’s Jane the Virgin. Most importantly, his love of acting is contagious, and he is committed to helping others reach their greatest potential.
CARRIE ANNE HUNT
INSTRUCTORCarrie Anne Hunt is an actress and filmmaker originally from Columbia, SC. She started her career on stage and her classical training has proved to be a strong foundation for her current work in television and film. In addition to acting, Carrie Anne is also the founder of Faerie Path Productions, where she is currently developing her own content for a fantasy adventure series. She also regularly works as a producer, writer, and director, helping other filmmakers to realize their creative visions.
As an acting coach, Carrie Anne is committed to helping each individual performer find their light and shine. Carrie Anne is best known for her work in Hillbilly Elegy (Netflix), The Farmhand (Amazon Prime), Star (FOX), The Beach House (Hallmark), Living the Dream (Sky 1 – UK), Magic Mike XXL (Warner Brothers), Sleepy Hollow (FOX), Edgar Allan Poe’s Mystery Theatre (PBS) and Drop Dead Diva (Lifetime).

CANCELLATION POLICY: Catapult Acting, LLC has a 24 hour grace period in which clients can cancel their registration and receive a full refund. After 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to all registrations. If the client chooses to cancel 15-21 days before the event, a 50% refund will be issued. If the registration is cancelled within 14 days of the event, 100% of the payment will be forfeited. PLEASE NOTE: There are no refunds for missed, dropped or cancelled classes; should your schedule change once registered and within the cancellation policy.
In the event that “Shelter in Place” or another quarantine situation should take place, workshops + classes will continue virtually via Zoom. The cancellation policy above will still apply.
