WHAT IS THE AUDITION GAUNTLET?
The AUDITION GAUNTLET is a three day intensive focused on challenging the actor in ways he/she hasn’t been challenged before. The first two days will be 7 hours of focused script work, dedicated to improving audition prep, script analysis, and character breakdown. On the third day, each actor will rotate between three rooms here at Catapult, executing their scenes back to back to back for a Top Agent (in person), Top Casting Director (in person), and Top LA Pro (via Skype.) Most actors prep their scene, go in the room, and audition once. Actors never execute their scenes three times in a row… Until now.

J. Renee Colquitt
TALENT AGENT > J. PERVIS TALENT AGENCYJ. Renee Colquitt started her career in the entertainment industry approximately 20 years ago in casting where she began casting and producing feature films and series for television.
From casting she took a position as an assistant at a Los Angeles Talent Agency and worked her way up to become an agent heading up the Children’s MP/TV/Commercial Department. She quickly gained experience as an agent and began booking talent on national commercials and television series.
J. Renee then became a booker in the Children’s Department at the prestigious FORD MODELS in Los Angeles booking children in national ad campaigns. She then had the opportunity to move back to Atlanta and established her own casting company. She cast two shows for TBS and several national and regional commercials.

Hollywood came calling once again and she returned to California placing her Photography business on hiatus to assist a friend with her growing talent agency. After her dear friend passed J.
